We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction.

This type of venue setup uses the full space.
VENUE FEES
The space splits into three sections. 
Use one-third, two-thirds, or the full space depending on your event size and needs.

Includes the following: 
  • Standard set up of dining tables and chairs - Up to 5 extra tables (head table, gift table, etc.)
  • Black or white linens
  • Tableware – silverware, glassware, china - Maintenance during the event
  • Standard clean up after the event
  • Cake table, cake cutting and serving
Western Home Communities (WHC) discount
Current WHC residents and employees are eligible for a discount. Proof of residency or current employment is required. A 10% discount will be applied to the total bill.

Black-out dates
Black-out dates are reserved specifically for internal WHC events and functions. Please consult the DEC event coordinator to schedule these events. 

Charitable Discounts
Charitable discount requests for events at DEC can be submitted to the DEC event coordinator. Each event is examined on an individual basis.  

Celebrations of Life
These events will be scheduled though the DEC event coordinator during currently available dates and times; they will be subject to the Facility Fee listed above but will not be charged the event minimum fee. Additional services may be added to these events for additional charges (catering, beverage service, etc.). WHC discount applies.
EVENT MINIMUMS
Room minimums are met by purchasing the following
  • Food 
  • Hosted alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
  • Additional set-up (Staging for head table, dance floor, etc.)
  • Specialty linens
  • Audio visual
  • Specialty lighting
  • Coat check service
A service charge of 20% and 7% sales tax will be applied to orders and do not apply to the event minimum. 

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Diamond Event Center without prior consent.
MENU OPTIONS
Our venue offers plated and served meal options as well as buffet displays. Our culinary team works with local growers and producers to offer locally produced options and can customize menus upon request.
